The basis of production — cryotechnology consisting of several stages:
- The first stage is low-temperature drying, which allows complete preservation of all biologically active substances of plants, including the most thermolabile ones, already at the stage of moisture removal.
- The second stage is cryogenic grinding in liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -196oC, during which chemical bonds between active substances and protein molecules are embrittled and broken.
