Thus, the Ministry of Industry and Trade proposes to launch labeling of technical rehabilitation equipment from October 15, radio electronics - from November 1, children's toys - from December 1 this year. "These are still projects, and we are now actively discussing it with the industry community. Since we would like the terms to be comfortable, but here, of course, I remind once again that we have a voluntary experiment, always only those companies that want to participate in it. And it is free of charge," she noted. Speaking about how the categories for labeling are chosen, Priyezheva explained that most of them were chosen in accordance with the President's instruction, some were the initiative of the business community: "For example, the category "sports nutrition" was a logical continuation of the labeling of dietary supplements, as the second stage". "Labeling was introduced at the suggestion of the President of the Russian Federation. And just then he spoke about the fact that eventually all consumer goods should be labeled," the deputy minister added.
