K2Tech has implemented a domestic CRM system for the food ingredients manufacturer ALLWIN. The launch of the new system took place after a couple of months.

K2Tech localized CRM system of food ingredients manufacturer
Previously, the food ingredient manufacturer was part of a large European holding company and used Western software. In 2022, the holding's Russian business was spun off into ALLWIN, which decided to switch to domestic systems. One of the main requests was to localize the entire IT loop to preserve data vital to the business. The K2Tech team helped to solve this task.

«We had an ambitious goal - to replace the CRM system of one of the largest food ingredients production facilities in Russia within a short period of time. We decided not to simply copy the past solution, but to revise its entire architecture taking into account the changes in the company after the exit from the holding company. We carried out a survey of all business processes and got to work. As a result, we created a unified space that automated routine processes and allowed not only to maintain business continuity, but also to significantly reduce internal communication between departments, as well as to speed up the preparation of necessary documentation», said Alexei Varlamov, an expert in the field of business process automation at K2Tech.

Creation of the CRM-system took place in several stages. K2Tech together with the customer assessed the scope of work and designed a flexible architecture of the solution. The developers determined how to automate end-to-end processes from project start to product commercialization. Then they moved on to backlog creation and coding.  Low-code solutions helped to speed up the work on the system. Each module of the CRM system was developed separately and could be launched as soon as it was ready.

The new CRM significantly accelerated the interaction between the company's departments and improved the level of SLA on internal requests. The system united more than 20 thousand data on the company's projects in one storage. To work with them, the developers implemented a special catalog, launched MVPs for critical processes and configured several levels of access to data. All this helped to unify business processes and speed up work with clients.

«Previously, we used several disparate programs to manage business processes. The K2Tech solution united them in one workspace and optimized time expenditures of our employees. We also automated some routine operations and made the system intuitive for the user. This helped to relieve the workload of our specialists and improve the quality of work with clients», said ALLWIN localization and change manager Igor Chupin.
