Now, in the middle of December, the activity of participants of the future exhibition exceeds the indicators of the last year: the number of companies that have confirmed their participation is 2.5 times more; the size of the purchased space is 4 times larger than for the same period in 2022. The activity of ingredients and additives market participants indicates a revitalization in the industry. One of the reasons is the entry of new suppliers into the market, which is also evidenced by the expansion of the number of foreign exhibitors, primarily from Asian countries: India, China, Turkey and South Korea. The Global Ingredients Show project, being a kind of an assembly point for all market participants, reflects a picture of the state of the industry, promptly responding to new trends and challenges of the time. Analysis of expert opinions expressed during the business program of the exhibition in 2023 revealed a clear need for companies to modernize their ingredient production facilities, as well as the readiness and willingness of manufacturers to independently develop new types of products.
