Recently, due to the departure of some of the companies supplying food additives to Russia, food manufacturers have faced the urgent problem of finding ingredients to create their products without losing quality and properties. The market has reacted quite quickly: import substitution projects have appeared, and investment in this area has increased.

Companies - manufacturers and suppliers of food additives, which have received an impetus for development in the current situation, are located in different parts of our country. Many of them will be presented at the upcoming Global Ingredients Show. Let us introduce some of them.
