This year the exhibition was attended by over 260 companies from Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Turkey, India, Vietnam, South Korea and China. The exposition area increased almost 2 times compared to 2023 and amounted to more than 6 600 m².

 

The exhibition aroused great interest from the visitors. Over the three days of Global Ingredients Show was visited by more than 2 000 specialists representing enterprises working in the field of food production, bioactive additives, perfumes, cosmetics and household chemicals, as well as trading companies.

 

Global Ingredients Show 2024 was supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

 

The sponsor of the exhibition was the Scientific and Manufacturing Association “Alternativa”.

 

As part of the exhibition, the Ingredients and Additives Forum was held, where industry experts discussed the prospects and vectors of development in the field of domestic production of ingredients and additives, considered the features and risks associated with import substitution, presented the results of the analysis of consumer preferences, as well as shared information about the latest changes in regulatory and technical regulation.

 

More than 200 listeners took part in the forum, and more than 60 speakers presented their reports on three thematic areas: food, cosmetics and perfumery, biologically active additives.

 

Partners of the business programme were the Union of Food Ingredients Producers (SPPI), Scientific and Technical Nonprofit Partnership “Technological Platform BioTech2030”, the Union of Biologically Active Food Additives Producers, information and analytical portal of the food industry foodsmi.com.

The next Global Ingredients Show will be held from April 8 to 10, 2025 in Moscow, Crocus Expo IEC.
