A delegation from India presented ingredients and raw materials in Russia: the Global Ingredients Show and FIEO held a roundtable discussion

The Global Ingredients Show, the 28th International Exhibition of Ingredients, Raw Materials, and Equipment for Their Production, together with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), held a roundtable discussion with a delegation of Indian ingredient and agricultural raw material producers.

Over 30 companies from the Indian food and agricultural sectors participated in the event. Indian business representatives came to Russia to establish direct contacts with domestic producers and discuss promising areas of cooperation in the food, beverage, nutraceutical, cosmetics, and HoReCa sectors.

The Indian delegation presented a wide range of ingredients and raw materials, including:

— Vegetable oils;

— Tea and coffee;

— Spices, seeds, rice, and legumes;

— Sweeteners;

— Freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, dried fruits;

— Mango, passion fruit, and other fruit purees;

— Nuts;

— Organic products;

— Ready-to-eat meals and ingredients for the HoReCa segment.

The discussion focused on supply chain issues, product quality requirements, logistics, and opportunities to expand the range of ingredients on the Russian market through direct collaboration with Indian producers.

The roundtable discussion was part of preparations for the Global Ingredients Show – 2026, where international exhibits traditionally attract high interest from industry professionals.
