The Global Ingredients Show Management took part in the General Meeting of the SPPI

Today, December 10, 2025, the General Meeting of member companies of the Union of Food Ingredients Producers (UFIP) was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The event is an annual platform for discussing key industry issues, sharing experiences, and developing strategic approaches to developing ingredient production and distribution.
 
The Global Ingredients Show exhibition management team participated in the meeting:
— Raisa Gazaryan, Deputy General Director of MVK;
— Elena Meshcheryakova, Project Manager of the Global Ingredients Show;
— Olga Larionova, Head of Marketing at MVK.
 
The event program focused on the thematic track "Forming a Company Development Strategy and Adapting to the Current Reality: Flexibility, Analytics, and Digital Technologies."
 
The track's speakers included:
  • Andrey Khizhnyak, Senior Partner at Khizhnyak&Partners, with a presentation titled "Speed ​​and Flexibility. Managing in an Uncertain and Dynamic Market."
  • Elena Samodurova, Director of the Sales Department of the ICMR Consumer Panel (GFK-Rus), presented an analytical overview of changes in consumer demand and the dynamics of key product categories in 2024–2025.
  • Kirill Kuchkin, representative of the Center for Quantum Technologies, Faculty of Physics, Lomonosov Moscow State University, spoke about the use of artificial intelligence tools for analyzing data sets and regulatory information.
 
The participation of the Global Ingredients Show management in the SPPI meeting was an important part of the systematic work to interact with the professional community.
 
The data obtained and the industry trends discussed will be taken into account when developing the program and services for the 2026 exhibition, focused on the needs of the Russian ingredients market and ready-made solutions for its development.
