The 10th International Conference "ProStarch 2026: From Raw Materials to Bioeconomy" will be held on April 14-15, 2026.

05 February 2026
The 10th anniversary International Conference "ProStarch 2026: From Raw Materials to Bioeconomy" will traditionally be the main platform for leading industry experts to meet, exchange experiences, and present relevant research. Organized by the Association of Deep Grain Processing Enterprises, the event will take place on April 14-15, 2026, at the Congress Center of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The deep grain processing industry in Russia comprises approximately 20 companies. Their combined processing capacity for corn and wheat reaches 9,000 tons per day. These companies directly employ 6,050 people. Current development issues at existing plants, as well as new projects, will be the key topic of discussion at the ProStarch 2026 conference.

The success of previous conferences demonstrates growing interest in the industry. In 2025, the ProStarch conference brought together over 140 participants from 70 companies in Russia, China, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries. The event featured 10 booths from engineering and technology companies, and 20 industry experts spoke. Heads of grain and potato processing plants, potential investors, representatives of industry associations, analytical agencies, and the scientific community gathered at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

The event's tenth anniversary will take place in 2026, demonstrating its relevance and strong reputation. The conference will be held on April 14-15, 2026, at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Congress Center, located at 6/1 Ilyinka St., Bldg. 1, Moscow. The event will be held in a hybrid format—both online and in person. It will expand its focus, addressing current issues in deep grain processing and industrial biotechnology, from raw materials to the bioeconomy.

An exhibition will be held over the two days of the conference. Exhibitors include leading Russian and international companies specializing in engineering and construction of plants for the advanced processing of plant materials, as well as manufacturers of equipment, technological solutions, and digital solutions for the industry.

More than 700 people from leading industry companies in Russia, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), China, Turkey, the EU, the US, and other countries attended the Association's events.

About the organizer: The Association of Deep Grain Processing Enterprises (Soyuzkrakhmal) was founded in 1998 and currently unites 18 of the industry's largest enterprises, accounting for over 75% of domestic production of native starch, maltodextrin, and glucose-fructose syrups, approximately 90% of modified starches, and 100% of glucose syrups and L-lysine sulfate. The Association is a leading industry integrator, shaping the development strategy for deep grain processing in Russia.
