The thematic plan of the Ingredients and Additives forum has been formed

The Ingredients and Additives Forum will be held during all three days of the Global Ingredients Show. In the format of panel discussions and thematic sessions, issues of the production and use of ingredients and additives in the food, cosmetics industry and in the production of biologically active additives will be discussed.

The program will include three tracks: "Cosmetics", "Food Products" and "Dietary supplements". An important event of the forum will be a technology workshop, which will examine ingredients, formulations and technologies for key product categories.

The general industry partner of the forum is the Union of Food Ingredient Manufacturers (UEFI).

Hall A

Track "Food Products"

Ingredients industry: technological renewal, local ingredients, biotechnology – the path to technological sovereignty.
Big talk: retail, food manufacturers, ingredient suppliers.
The ready-to-eat food industry: standards, quality, and safety.

Hall B

Track "Cosmetics"

Perfumery and cosmetics industry of Russia: current status and strategic horizons.
The beauty market is in focus: trends, technological response and the way to the consumer.
R&D in the cosmetics industry: biotechnologies, innovations, ingredients, raw materials for the production of perfumes and cosmetics.
