BioGrowing will present high-quality starter cultures at the Global Ingredients Show – 2026

23 April 2026
BioGrowing (stand A313) will present its portfolio of BioGuard® starter cultures at the Global Ingredients Show, which will take place from April 28 to 30 at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center.

As a global starter culture supplier, BioGrowing evaluates each product based on six critical parameters: high enzymatic activity, stability after acidification, smooth texture, unique flavor, good moisture retention capacity, and antifungal resistance.
This six-dimensional evaluation system ensures stable and reliable performance in industrial settings, from small-scale craft enterprises to large-scale factories.

The BioGuard® starter culture line covers five main application categories: thermophilic and mesophilic dairy starter cultures, beverage starter cultures, plant-based product solutions, and biological protective cultures. This diversity allows partners to work with a single supplier, meeting various product development needs.

The company's operations are supported by its own library of over 50,000 strains and advanced fermentation technologies, including high-density fermentation, freeze-drying with high viability, and deep-freezing technology for granulation.

BioGrowing's starter cultures are developed based on nearly 20 years of fundamental research and large-scale production experience. The company's solutions are trusted by customers worldwide, including leading international dairy groups from the Global TOP 500 list, confirming BioGrowing's ability to meet the most stringent requirements of international industrial partnerships.

At the Global Ingredients Show, the company will also showcase the integration of its starter culture platform with a wide range of Flora-Focus® wellness solutions, enabling the creation of innovative functional dairy products that go beyond just taste and texture.

Notable examples of this integration include weight management yogurt formulations developed in collaboration with the flagship strain Lactiplantibacillus plantarum J26, oral hygiene solutions based on Lacticaseibacillus paracasei LPc-G110, and women's health products based on the strain Lactobacillus crispatus Lc-G22.

The general platform covers areas such as weight management, oral hygiene, women's health, skin care, H. pylori control, gut health, blood pressure regulation, blood sugar control, and immune support.

BioGrowing provides full ODM/CDMO support, including strain selection, process optimization, and technical guidance for scaling production for the Russian and global markets.
