‘This is our first time at this exhibition and we planned our participation in advance, as our company is actively developing in the Russian Federation market. Our goal was to meet new customers and gain the trust of existing customers, to give them confidence that we are here with them, actively developing. This exhibition is interesting because the audience is very targeted - people who are looking for ingredients come here’.

Alexander Knyazev, General Director of MMC LAB, noted the visitors' interest in the products on display: ‘We produce himatomelanic acid, fulvic acid and humic acid — these are derivatives from peat. Our product is used both in supplements to dietary supplements and in cosmetics. During the two days of the exhibition, we received feedback from customers and realised that our product is of interest to dietary supplements manufacturers in the food industry. Large companies came up to us, inquired, asked for samples. I think that after the exhibition our company will get a good impetus for development’.

Grigory Khlybov, Project Manager at Ochakovo Food Ingredients Plant, shared his impressions of the exhibition: ‘We were looking forward to this event with interest, as the exhibition brings together key market players from all over the world, and it is a great platform for sharing experience. The Global Ingredients Show is a kind of indicator of the direction in which the food ingredients market is heading. For us, it is valuable as a place where we can hear from experts, share our experiences and, most importantly, get feedback from colleagues and potential partners. It's an important professional event and being part of it keeps our finger on the pulse of the industry.’

In 2026, the Global Ingredients Show will be held on 28-30 April at Crocus Expo IEC.
