From 15th to 17th April, the 27th International Exhibition of Ingredients, Raw Materials, and Equipment for Their Production, the Global Ingredients Show, will take place at the Crocus Expo IEC in Moscow.

The Global Ingredients Show is a significant business event for producers and buyers of food, perfumery, and cosmetic additives, raw materials, technological auxiliaries, equipment, and services related to the production and supply of ingredients.

As part of the exhibition's business programme, the Ingredients and Additives Forum will be held, where current issues related to the production and use of ingredients and additives in food products, cosmetics, and dietary supplements will be discussed in panel discussions and thematic sessions. Special attention will be paid to foreign economic activity and promising directions for Russian-Chinese cooperation.

The general industry partner of the exhibition is the Food Ingredients Producers Union (SPPI).

The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Technological Platform “Bioindustry and Bioresources” (BioTech2030), the Union of Dietary Supplement Producers.

The Ingredients and Additives Forum will take place over three days, from 15th to 17th April, in two conference halls. The programme will be divided into 5 thematic tracks: CosmeticsFood ProductsDietary SupplementsCross-industry Track, and International Cooperation Track. The forum will analyse market trends, explore growth strategies, and discuss ways for the industry to adapt to modern conditions. Experts will review consumer market trends and changes, discuss the concept of “clean label,” halal certification specifics, various aspects of foreign economic activity, and much more.
